8:31 a.m. — Jason McCrary, 34, of Clinton, Md., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge.

9:44 a.m. — A power cable was reported taken from the 400 block of Charles Street about 7:44 a.m. Sunday.

10:13 a.m. — A North High Street business reported two people came in and bought lottery tickets. One paid with a $50 bill, got change, then requested to pay in a different way and produced a large amount of money. Ultimately, the pair got away with $146 that went unnoticed until they were gone.

11:04 a.m. — Mary A. Smith, 43, of 142 Lunbeck Road, was arrested on a warrant for a community control violation.

1:03 p.m. — An iPhone was reported taken from the 500 block of Lincoln Park.

2 p.m. — A theft was reported in the area of Lincoln Park and South Walnut Street.

2:16 p.m. — A Playstation 3, DVDs and CDs were reported taken from a home on the 600 block of West Fifth Street between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday.

3:47 p.m. — An Orange Street man reported he and his dog were attacked by a brown and white pit bull that broke from its chain while they were walking on the flood wall. Charges are pending contact with the dog owner.

3:57 p.m. — Larry J. Looney, 27, of 10288 Charleston Pike, was charged with theft and arrested on a warrant from Pike County for failure to appear on a burglary charge.

5:08 p.m. — An East Seventh Street woman reported a possible identity theft.

5:28 p.m. — Terry A. Roof, 54, of 1667 Stone Road, was charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication.

7:07 p.m. — A tool box was reported taken from a garage on the 300 block of East Seventh Street.
