2nd Street Drug Raid
The Chillicothe Police Department executed at Search Warrant at 146 W. Second St. around 4 p.m. Thursday, turning up items associated with drug trafficking and drug paraphernalia. Victor Blake, 52, was charge with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional charges are pending results from chemical analysis of evidence collected.
