• Brandon E. Russell, 26, of 1876 Mountain Oak Road, Columbus, charges of possession of heroin, a second-degree felony; possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs, both third-degree felonies.

• Ervin B. Himelrick II, 51, of 433 Lillie St., charged with possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

• Anthony E. Atwood, 51, of 423 Mill St., charges of possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.
