Danielle M. Minkos, 28, of 243 S. Hickory St in Chillicothe is facing a felony charge after she reportedly was caught Thursday driving a car that had been reported stolen earlier in the day by a East Seventh Street couple at 6:26 a.m. as she was caught behind of a stolen 2013 Hyundai Elantra across from Minkos’ home. Police also found several items that appeared to be stolen as well. Minkos was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; no operator’s license and driving under financial responsibility law suspension. READ MORE
