19 yr old Chillicothe man facing several Felonies

A 19-year-old Patrick L. Thomas, 19, of 10 Delano Court is facing felony charges after allegedly leading police on a pursuit in which he almost hit a person and bailed from the still-moving vehicle with a passenger inside. Mr. Thomas was charged with felony fleeing, felony receiving stolen property, obstructing official business and failure to obey a traffic control device and also was wanted for warrants for failure to appear on a receiving stolen property charge, unauthorized use and a felony theft case pending in Ross County Common Pleas Court.
