5 local High School Students from Unioto High School have officially been charged in the Hall Christmas Display Vandalism. The 5 will be charged as minors.......Payton North and Anthony Brown, both age 15, along with Stefan Lynch, Harrison Taylor and Ryan Spencer, all 16, are charged with delinquency counts of theft and criminal damaging. All were released to the custody of their parents.
