6th Person Charged in Hall Vandalism Case

A 6th indivdual was charged in the Hall Christmas Display Vandalism Case Thursday. According to Chillicothe Municipal Court records 18 yr old Collin Hill of Chillicothe was charged with 1st Degree and 3rd Degree Misdemeanors.
