Final Ending to 2009 Child Endangerment Case This Week

A 2009 Criminal Case that received hefty media coverage from Columbus TV Stations here in Ross County in the case of the abuse against a handicapped 16 yr old girl by her Home Health Caregiver has returned back to a court room for Civil Settlement. In September of 2009 the victims Mother suspected some type of foul play and hid a camera in a teddy bear at their residence, recording the conduct Gabrielle Francis-Pier took part in and who then pleaded guilty of misdemeanor child endangerment in the case, has returned to the courtroom after 4 years of legal tennis for the final Civil Trial on the lawsuit that was filed against the provider of the Caregiver,Easter Seals, due to the incident which Gabrielle at the time of committing the endangerment was in disciplinary trouble with Easter Seals from a prior incident. We'll follow up with results for you on which way it goes.
