A local Mailman Kelly Johnson helped Chillicothe Police apprehend a thief while on his Route Saturday after delivering a package then witnessing it being stolen on E.7th St in Chillicothe. He was able to detain the Man till Police arrived and was uninjured in the incident. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault and theft.
